Terms and conditions

Here is the Terms and Conditions document:

1. Governing Law

These terms and conditions ("Terms") are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following words and phrases have the meanings set forth below:

• "Casino" means Gateway Casinos Thunder Bay.
• "Games" mean any casino games offered at the Casino.
• "Player" or "You" refers to an individual who plays Games at the Casino.

3. Player's Representations

By playing Games at the Casino, You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 19 years of age;
• You have not been self-excluded from accessing the Casino; and
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Game Rules and Payouts

The rules and payouts for each Game offered at the Casino are set forth on or near the Game or in a designated rule booklet available upon request by the Player.

5. My Club Rewards Program

If you join the My Club Rewards program, your play will be tracked and rewards earned based on points accumulated through play. Points can be redeemed for non-cashable credits to bet on Games at the Casino.

6. Cancellation of Membership or Account Closure

The Casino may terminate Your membership or close Your account at any time without notice. Upon termination or closure, all outstanding balances will be paid out according to applicable laws and regulations.

7. Liability Limitation

In no event shall the Casino, its affiliates, employees, agents or contractors be liable for:

• Any indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenues or business opportunities; or
• Any losses arising from Your use of Games at the Casino.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Casino, its affiliates, employees, agents and contractors against any claims, actions, demands, proceedings, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your breach of these Terms; or
• Any claim made by a third party against the Casino as a result of Your use of Games at the Casino.

9. Changes to These Terms

The Casino may modify these Terms from time to time, and such modifications shall be effective upon posting on the Casino's website. It is Your responsibility to check for updates before playing Games at the Casino.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario) in a manner mutually agreed upon.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and the Casino relating to Your use of Games at the Casino and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings and agreements.

12. Waiver

The failure by either party to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that or any other right under these Terms.

By playing Games at the Casino, You acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to abide by these Terms.
